Please note that once booked, the time is set aside for you. Should a client cancel within 24 hours, payments will be refunded, however, should cancellation occur within a 24 hour window or a client not show for an appointment, payments will not be refunded. We are happy to work with you and can accommodate moving a session from in person/office based to a remote/distance session to avoid any loss of time/money.
