Welcome! I am Kelly Lamastus, owner/practitioner at Serenity Mountain Sage. At Serenity Mountain sage, love is in everything we do and all that we are. As an Energy “healing” Practice, we specialize in the alternative non-invasive healing modalities (techniques) of Pranic Healing, Reiki, as well as sound healing which utilize the natural flow of energy in our bodies to promote relaxation and healing. As a conduit of Divine Source “healing” energy, we work with clients to assist in the restoration, balance, and stabilization of their “life force energy” (which flows within our physical being) to achieve the ease and flow of wellness. Being certified in these specific modalities allows us to assist in reduction of stress, anxiety, depression, pain, which may help in the restoration of energetic balance within the body, mind and spirit. These alternative healing techniques also work with modern medicine to promote support during illness and surgery to facilitate a stronger recovery.
Our healing modalities allow for flexible scheduling alternatives to fit your specific needs and schedule. We offer on-site sessions at your home, event, business, or medical/hospice facility, in person within a studio environment or remote/distance sessions to fit your specific needs, and hours conducive to most schedules - (please contact for details).
If you are looking for a fun alternative to a girls night out, why not wine and reiki? Would you like us to provide relaxation for a bride and bridal party? Why not enjoy a positive energy session for your invitro session, baby shower, or birth? We also assist with hospice patients, caregivers, pre and post surgeries, baby deliveries, job interviews, or any event where positive energy flow, stress/pain reduction or healing is needed. Travelling to your location or event is possible, just give us a call or send an email with details.

If you’d like to learn Reiki, we have a certified Reiki Instructor who can help you learn Level 1 through the Master/Instructor level. Classes will be posted on the “EVENTS” page, Facebook and Instagram.

A Little About Myself:
I love what I do! Years ago, I asked God and the universe for help in manifesting a lifestyle of purpose, freedom, flexibility and the ability to provide for myself and others after leaving the corporate world (I don’t like the word retirement). With the world more divided, and so much negativity surrounding us, my hope and desire is to use my spiritual gifts, skill, attitude of gratitude and love of people in a way that would enrich not only my own life, but the public as well.
After attending a workshop for Pranic Healing, I was deeply inspired by the modality, enrolled in class and earned my certification in 2016. My extensive work with Pranic Healing led to the study of Usui Reiki earning my level 1 & 2 certifications in 2018. With the onset of Covid, in person sessions were postponed for quite some time and distance/remote work was in high demand. I gained my Reiki Master Level Certification and Master Instructor Certification in 2023 and am registered with the International Center for Reiki Training as an Affiliate Instructor.
I still work full time and am nurturing the seeds of my future. I feel fulfilled in service to others, love learning (always both student and teacher), and have freedom and flexibility with this lifestyle - I can and do practice anywhere I happen to be. Beautiful things happen when you follow your heart, speak your truth and share the uniquely gloriously authentic person that you are. It is an honor and a joy to serve you - I am Divinely Guided and Infinitely Blessed.

SERENITY MOUNTAIN SAGE
The business name, Serenity Mountain Sage may be a little unusual, but memorable and meaningful to me. I have a strong connection with nature and want to give you a fulfilling, serene, soulful experience while in my care. Nature is where I personally heal and restore; the untamed landscape of the mountains, forest (trees!), crisp air, crackling of a contained fire, and the rush of a fresh running stream fill me and are my happy place. The mountains speak in a beautifully unadulterated, raw, primal language, long ago subdued in the more urban areas. The Earth’s intrinsically unbridled wild heartbeat can be felt pulsating through the mountain ranges, her plants and heard in her animal’s song - it echoes in every cell of my being and calls me home. The natural growing sage has long been used for its many medicinal and health benefits, clearing of negative energy and raises the vibration of its environment. A Sage is also a wise person, which I strive to become; the old gray haired Sage woman of the mountain – someday perhaps, ha. It is this ancient knowledge, my earthy passion that grounds me and along with the Divine, the energy I love connecting with while in a session with you. Thank you.
